If you've ever seen her, you know exactly what I'm talking about; fun, quirky spins on stories around the country, including my favorite - "Bad Lip Reading." (Look it up, it changed my life!)
BUT, here's the problem with working in the business; you have to report on the heartbreaking stories as well. Unfortunately, it seems more and more, those tragic events are more prevalent in the media than the happy, "feel good" stories. This is something that weighs heavy on my heart; a thought I wake up with every day.
My alarm goes off at 4:30am, and the first thing I do is check the email, check Twitter, ...
